Delivery time does not include order processing time. This can be up to a maximum of 2 - 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders are not processed on scheduled USPS holidays.

1. Log into your smavbattery.com My Account. After logging into your smavbattery My Account, you will be taken to your Account Profile.
2. From your Account Profile sidebox, find the order you wish to return located in your Orders History.
3. Open the order and Click the "Registration of the Return" link to the right of the order info page.
4. You are now looking at the "Registration of the Return". Check the line item box, located to the left, for each item you wish to return.
5. Once on the RMA detail page, you will need to select the following information from each drop down menu. You will need to tell us: Quantity (Qty), Reason for return and Resolution Requested (if you would like a refund or replacement order shipped).
6. Once you've selected an option from each drop down menu, you can enter additional details in Comments section. click the Return button.
7. If your return information meets smavbattery.com Return Policy criteria, a confirmation will be emailed with either "Approved" or "Declined" RMA statuses.
8. All Returns must include RMA slip, which can be printed by Clicking here. ("Return status" section under your Account Profile sidebox).
9. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form. Return merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail.

If your claim is approved, you will usually receive your replacement product, credit or refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable.
